WhatsApp is continually improving the usability of the web version of the messaging application. After stability improvements, the Web version has now gained support for sticker wrapping (the popular stickers).
You can now limit who can add you to group chats
Prior to this update, support for sticker wrapping was only available on iOS and Android apps. The feature is gradually being made available to all Web version users.
As the feature is being made available gradually, not everyone will have access to it immediately. It may take a few hours or even a few days for all users to have access to the new feature.
Sticker wrapping allows users to save space on the messaging interface, as instead of having to scroll down to see individually sent stickers, they are all displayed at the same time. In the example below you can see the stickers grouped in the mobile app:
WhatsApp has always caught the attention of data thieves or hackers. Application developers keep adding new features and updating old ones to overcome security issues.
Despite the efforts of developers, attackers always find a way to steal user data. In recent months a security breach has allowed hackers to use specially crafted MP4 video files to allow remote execution of malicious code.
On the added features, the app has already received support for fingerprint lock and new privacy controls for groups.
