WhatsApp has gained a feature that lets you create reminders within the app, but not everyone will be able to use the news. The feature was launched in partnership with the Any.do service and is only available to premium productivity platform users.
Anyone with a paid Any.do account can create reminders by simply sending a message via WhatsApp. With the integration, the service will appear as a conversation within the app. To create a task, simply send a chat.

In addition to storing tasks and synchronizing them between devices, Any.do also notifies the user if the reminder created has a specific time. The image above shows how the technology works.
Any.do and WhatsApp sync works on both Android and iOS. In order to be able to use the function, the user must have a premium service account, log in and activate WhatsApp integration. You can do this in Any.do Settings, which asks for the number used in the messenger profile.
Despite being limited, the reminder feature released in WhatsApp can be a doorway for more messenger technologies to reach the messenger, which is increasingly receiving improvements. In recent weeks, Facebook has released several major updates to enhance the web version's interface, group messaging and also the privacy of the app.
WhatsApp can be downloaded for free for Android and iOS. Check out more information about the integration with Any.do on this site.
