Volvo Car Brasil has entered into a partnership with the EcoRodovias Group that connects the Volvo On Call platform of all branded vehicles to the operational control system of the concessionaires' managed roads. There are more than 2,600 km of roads that pass through 106 cities in seven states: SP, RJ, ES, MG, GO, PR and RS.

Volvo on Call is a safety and convenience service for Volvo car owners. This is a complete driver monitoring and assistance solution, which can be accessed via a mobile phone application or through an exclusive call center that provides services in the event of accidents, 24-hour assistance or vehicle theft recovery. This feature is available on all branded cars sold in the country since 2012.

The operation of the service is uncomplicated. If the customer requests assistance from Volvo On Call while driving on one of the EcoRodovias Group's concession highways, they will be served directly by the concessionaire's own support resources, such as a winch, inspection vehicle (which screens and / or conducts a simple aid) and ambulance, depending on the incident. This is because the systems of both companies are now integrated.
