During the first day of Qualcomm's long-awaited Snapdragon Tech Summit event, the company revealed that the Snapdragon 865 will be present at the Xiaomi Mi 10, making its debut. Bin Lin, co-founder of Xiaomi, also commented on the Mi 10 being one of the first smartphones with the processor, confirming the launch for the first quarter of 2020.
"In the first quarter of 2020, Xiaomi is proud to announce that we will be presenting our flagship Mi 10 – one of the first smartphones in the world to feature the flagship Snapdragon 865 mobile platform."

Another company that announced a high-end processor smartphone earlier this year was OPPO, ensuring that its top-performing handsets will be powered by Qualcomm technology and also the latest in connection with network.
"In the first quarter of 2020, OPPO will launch its flagship product using the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform, bringing users a faster and superior 5G experience."

Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon 865, 765 and 765G chips that offer a significant performance jump over the previous generation, according to the company.
