The Huawei Nova 6 smartphone had its images and information published in the online retailer VMall.com, which is a retail store maintained by the Chinese manufacturer itself. According to the data on the page, the handset will have versions with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage space, as well as 8GB of RAM.
Handset to be launched on December 5 in China
According to the GSMArena website, some versions will be sold with internet 4G (LTE) and others with support for the new generation of mobile data, 5G. It is expected that the 4G option will be limited to only 128GB of storage, while the 5G option should be able to be purchased with 128GB or 256GB.
Also according to the publication, the alternative with LTE will be available in black, blue and purple. Meanwhile, the model with 5G will still offer a fourth variant: red. Anyone who wants to can still have the Huawei Nova 6 with 5G internet in the other color options, with both 128GB and 256GB of storage.
Other than that, the listing doesn't bring much news about Huawei's smartphone. Still, the images reveal that the handset will have a 3.5mm headphone jack on top. Volume and power buttons will be on the right side of the device. The power button will also serve as a fingerprint reader.
One of the most interesting details brought by the images is near the cameras. You can read the inscription "AI Camera | OIS Tele". This means not only artificial intelligence-driven camera features – which are common today – but also optical stabilization in the zoom camera. This is much less common and helps a lot in low light photography.
