Chinese Huawei is preparing to officially announce the new phones of the Huawei P40 line on March 26. Now the company has released an image indicating that the EMUI 10.1 interface will also be announced on the same date.
Rumors that emerged last month already said that the company was planning to launch devices with version 10.1 of its interface for Android, but only today has this been officially confirmed.
The image confirming the information was released on the company's official account on the Chinese social network Weibo. Specific details about what the new EMUI 10.1 interface will bring are yet to be released. For those who don't remember, the EMUI 8.1 interface was introduced with the Huawei P20 line and the EMUI 9.1 was introduced with the Huawei P30 line.
Regarding the cell phones of the new P40 line, the latest information indicates that the Huawei P40 Pro 5G will have four rear cameras – the main 50MP, one 40MP, one 12MP and one with ToF 3D sensor. Already the front camera of this model should be 32MP. This device must come equipped with the Kirin 990 5G chip, 6.58 inch screen and 4,200mAh battery with support for quick recharge with 40W charger.
Cell phone should bring 50MP sensor and 40W fast charging in both versions
In the case of the "normal" Huawei P40, sources say it will come with three rear cameras – the main 50MP, one 16MP and one 8MP – and support for Ultra Vision technology. The front camera of this model must also be 32MP.
Other details disclosed by sources include 6.1 inch screen, 3.800mAh battery, support for fast charging with 40W charger and support for wireless charging of 27W.
